1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Vinyllog (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Vinyllog is a tool for managing personal music collections, primarily vinyl records.
The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
Vinyllog is not a marketplace, reseller, valuation service, or financial advisory tool.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features, you must create an account.
You are responsible for:
- keeping your login credentials secure
- all activity that occurs under your account
We are not responsible for loss of data caused by user error, device failure, or unauthorized access resulting from compromised credentials.
4. FREE and PRO Plans
Vinyllog offers both FREE and PRO plans.
- FREE users can manage their collection without payment.
- PRO users pay a subscription fee for access to advanced features.
Features included in each plan are clearly described in the app and may change over time.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Payments for PRO subscriptions are processed by a third-party payment provider.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through the provided billing portal.
- Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period, unless required by law.
We do not store payment card details.
6. Data and Content
You retain ownership of all data you add to Vinyllog.
By using the Service, you grant us permission to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter.
7. Local Storage and Cloud Features
By default, your collection data is stored locally on your device.
Optional cloud-based features (such as backup or sync), if offered, are:
- opt-in
- provided as a convenience
- not required to use the Service
You are encouraged to export or back up your data regularly.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- misuse or attempt to disrupt the Service
- access the Service through automated or unauthorized means
- attempt to bypass plan limitations or security measures
- use the Service for illegal purposes
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. No Warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
We make no guarantees regarding:
- uninterrupted availability
- error-free operation
- accuracy of third-party data (including value estimates)
Use of the Service is at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vinyllog shall not be liable for:
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
loss of data
financial loss
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time.
Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
