Vinyllog is a personal collection app. Your privacy matters to us, and we collect as little data as possible to provide the service.

We do not sell data, show ads, or track users for marketing purposes.

We only collect data necessary to operate the app:

  • Account information (email address)
  • Collection data you choose to add (records, condition, notes)
  • Subscription status (FREE / PRO)

Your collection data belongs to you.

Local Storage

By default, your collection data is stored locally on your device.
Some features may require server storage (e.g. account access, backups, or future optional sync).

Cloud sync, if enabled in the future, will be optional and opt-in.

Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services only where necessary:

  • Authentication & hosting to run the app
  • Payment processing (Stripe) for subscriptions
  • External databases to look up record information

We do not share your data with third parties for advertising or analytics purposes.

Data Export & Ownership

You can export your collection data at any time using the available export tools.

Your data remains yours.

Vinyllog uses essential cookies only, required for login and session handling.
No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

We are not responsible for lost data caused by user error or device failure.

FREE and PRO Plans

Vinyllog offers both FREE and PRO plans.

  • FREE users can manage their collection without payment
  • PRO users pay a subscription for advanced features

Subscription pricing and included features are clearly shown in the app.

Payments & Subscriptions

Payments are handled by Stripe.

No refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled

You can cancel at any time via the billing portal

Data & Content

You retain ownership of all data you add to Vinyllog.

By using the app, you grant us permission to store and process this data solely to provide the service.

No Warranty

Vinyllog is provided “as is”.

We do not guarantee:

accuracy of external data (e.g. value estimates)

uninterrupted service

error-free operation

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • data loss
  • financial loss
  • indirect or consequential damages

Use of the service is at your own risk.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
